Managers Mehmet Celikkiran (Neska Bauträger GmbH) and Thomas Hartwig (HCE) met in Neska’s new Frankfurt office, where they decided on a co-operation for three housing projects in the Rhine-Main area. Developer Neska realised over 400 housing units in the greater Frankfurt area in the last years.
The cooperation includes project development, architectural and structural planning.
