HCE DESIGN GROUP, short name HCE, is a union of companies providing engineering services in the construction industry, whose engineers, architects, technicians and specialists will provide you with planning and construction at all stages of design and implementation as a competent and reliable partner.

HCE DESIGN GROUP includes the engineering office Hartwig Consulting Engineers, HCE Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH, HCE Project Development & Design GmbH and other national and project enterprises within the HCE group HCE, such as HCE Poland Sp. z o.o.

HCE DESIGN GROUP is an enterprise managed by its owner, which is characterized by flat management and team structure in all departments. The President of HCE DESIGN GROUP and management partner in HCE subsidiary companies is Thomas Hartwig, M.Sc. Eng.

Further on the management structure is composed of Head Of’s for technical and organisational management areas, and then a structure of teams dealing with issues in the field of geotechnics, structural engineering, energy, infrastructure, project management, research, consulting and CAD/BIM.

HCE employs architects, civil engineers, technicians and construction draughtsmen in all relevant fields. The structure of employees is shaped by personnel with long-term work experience in the enterprise. Employees on managerial levels have practice in all teams and areas within the HCE group, and usually have been with HCE for more than 10 years. In order to ensure the most professional and organisational implementation of projects, the organization is subject to strict quality and procedural guidelines.

The President of HCE DESIGN GROUP and management partner in HCE subsidiary companies is Thomas Hartwig, M.Sc. Eng. As a master in civil engineering, a graduate of specialist studies in the field of structural engineering and an educated draughtsman in the field of building construction and civil engineering, he founded the engineering office of Hartwig Consulting Engineers in 2001 and thus laid the foundation for today's group of enterprises.
